Founder and Partner of “Rubin Cymerman Abogados”.  He is graduated from the Catholic University of Asunción, Paraguay in 1997. He is specialized in a wide range of areas such as corporate law as well as damages.

 

He is a former Professor of the subject Obligations at his Alma Mater and belonged in the past to the academic world has helped him obtained a profound knowledge on the areas of Civil Law.

 

He published several articles on law journals and newspapers on issues relating corporate law.

 

The State of Israel has appointed him as an Honorary Consul since 2013 being the only direct representation of Israel in Paraguay. He is currently the President of the Paraguayan Israeli Chamber of Commerce and he promotes several projects of cooperation.
